This is the operator part, so here's exactly how I'd run the pitch if I were hiring a GEO agency for one market.
Step 1: Write buyer questions in your buyers' language
Write 20 questions a real buyer in your target country would ask an AI tool, in the language they'd actually use.
Include local "best X in [city]" questions, because those pull local guides, directories and reviews.
Step 2: Record a baseline in the tools that market uses
Ask each question in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Google, and add any tool your buyers lean on locally.
Save each answer with the date, the brands named and the sources cited, and ask each question more than once.
Step 3: List the local sources AI keeps citing
Write down every publication, review site and comparison page that appears in those answers.

Step 4: Check crawler access once for every region
Open your robots.txt and check you aren't blocking OAI-SearchBot or PerplexityBot.
