Guest blogging outreach services find relevant websites, pitch their editors, write the article and get it published with a link back to your site, so you don't have to run the outreach yourself.
My number one pick is Goldie Agency, and that's my own agency, so I'm telling you about the bias in the second line.
After that, the third-party providers I'd shortlist are Outreach Monks, Rhino Rank, OutreachZ, Linkbuilder.io, Authority Builders, Loganix and FATJOE.
This is the operator version of the topic, so I'll walk you through every stage of a campaign, the DIY route with AI agents, and the exact seven steps I'd use to hire a provider.
If you'd rather skip ahead, you can book a free SEO strategy session and my team will tell you which placements your site actually needs.
What Is Guest Blogging Outreach?
Guest blogging outreach is the process of getting your articles published on other people's websites.
You write something useful for their readers, and the article includes a natural mention or link back to you.
The outreach part is the hard bit, because you have to find the right sites, find the right person and convince them to say yes.
A guest blogging outreach service is a team you pay to run that whole process for you.
I learned this the hard way when I started out.
I had a cryptocurrency website while I was travelling in Asia, and I wrote content for months with zero traffic from Google.
Then I learned link building, it worked on my own affiliate sites, and I realised I could sell it as a service.
That's how Goldie Agency started, and I ran it completely solo at the beginning.
How A Guest Blogging Outreach Service Runs A Campaign
Every decent provider runs the same five stages, even if they give them different names.
Here's what happens at each stage and what you should check as the client.
| Stage | What the service does | What you should check |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Prospecting | It builds a list of relevant sites that publish contributed articles in your niche. | You should see the list and be able to reject sites before anyone pitches. |
| 2. Pitching | It finds the editor, writes a personalised pitch and follows up. | You should know whose name the pitch goes out under. |
| 3. Content | It writes the article or briefs a writer who knows your topic. | You should approve the topic and see the draft before it goes live. |
| 4. Placement | The editor publishes the article with a link or mention to your site. | You should check the link sits in the body copy on a page real people read. |
| 5. Reporting | It sends you every live URL with the date and the target page. | You should be able to open every placement yourself. |
Stage 1: Prospecting
Prospecting is where most of the value is decided.
A good prospect list is full of sites that cover your topic, have real readers and actually publish contributed articles.
A bad list is full of sites that will publish anything for anyone, and those are the sites you want nowhere near your brand.
This is why I always want to see the list before a single email goes out.
Stage 2: Pitching
The pitch is a short, personal email to an editor.
It should mention something the site actually published and offer an article idea that fits their readers.
The follow-up matters too, because a lot of replies come from the second email rather than the first.
Stage 3: Content
The article has to be good enough that the editor would publish it even without your link.
That means a writer who understands the topic, original ideas and no copy of something that's already on your own site.
Stage 4: Placement
The placement is the moment the article goes live.
The link should sit naturally inside the article, point to a page that helps the reader and use a plain, honest anchor.
Stage 5: Reporting
Reporting is how you hold the service to account.
You want a simple list of every live URL, the page it links to and the date it went live.

DIY Vs Hiring A Guest Blogging Outreach Service
You can absolutely run guest blogging outreach yourself, and I'd encourage everyone to try it once.
The question is whether it's the best use of your time every single month.
| Factor | Doing it yourself | Hiring a service |
|---|---|---|
| Time | You spend hours every week on lists, emails and follow-ups. | The service spends that time and you review the results. |
| Control | You choose every site and write every word. | You keep control only if the service lets you approve sites first. |
| Relationships | You build your own contacts with editors over time. | The contacts often sit with the service rather than with you. |
| Consistency | Output drops whenever you get busy. | Placements keep coming each month if the provider is organised. |
| Skill | You need to learn pitching, writing and vetting. | You need to learn how to judge a provider's work. |
My honest take is that most business owners should learn the process first and then hire.
If you know what a good pitch and a good placement look like, nobody can sell you rubbish.
How I Run The DIY Version With AI Agents
This is the part that has changed the most for me.
Inside my Agent OS, I use a tool called Hermes Outreach to do the slow parts of outreach, and I wrote the full walkthrough on agentos.guide.
Here's the exact flow from that guide.
- I find and enrich prospects in the Leads tab, so each company turns into a real named person with a job title and email.
- I validate every address, so only deliverable emails become sendable.
- I type one or two sentences about what the campaign is pitching into the "What's this campaign about?" box.
- I click the button that writes the email with AI, and it personalises each one with the prospect's name, site and a reason.
- I preview the email, create drafts in Gmail so I can read every one, and then send a safe batch each day.
In the real campaign from that guide, I pitched a new blog post to eight relevant sites, and the AI-written email offered a link, a guest post or a mention.
Every email has a plain "reply STOP" line and a one-click unsubscribe header, and anyone who opts out is never emailed again.
I also learned why verification matters, because my first cold campaign used guessed role addresses, and nine emails bounced before the whole thing got flagged and shut down.
That's why the Hermes Outreach Engine now checks every address and skips giant companies that never answer a cold email.
The agent does the finding, checking and first drafts, and I still read every email, because the human touch is what gets replies.
If you want to connect agents to your own tools like this, my guide to setting up a Hermes MCP server with Codex shows the plumbing, and my post on Hermes Agent for SEO covers the wider SEO workflow.
What Google Says About Guest Post Links
You need to understand this before you hire anyone, because it decides whether a campaign helps you or hurts you.
Google's Search Central blog published a reminder about links in large-scale article campaigns, and it still explains the thinking clearly.
Google says it does not discourage guest articles when they inform users, educate another site's audience or bring awareness to your cause or company.
It says the problem starts when the main intent is to build links back to the author's site at scale.
The warning signs it lists are keyword-rich links, the same articles spread across many sites, writers who don't know the topic and duplicated content.
Google's current spam policies list link spam as creating links primarily to manipulate search rankings.
The examples include exchanging money for links or for posts that contain links, and links with optimised anchor text in articles, guest posts or press releases distributed on other sites.
The same page says buying and selling links for advertising is normal, as long as the links are qualified with rel="nofollow" or rel="sponsored".
Google's page on qualifying outbound links says rel="sponsored" is the preferred value for paid placements.
So my rule for operators is simple.
Write genuinely useful articles for relevant sites, keep anchors plain, and if money changed hands for the placement, the link should be marked as sponsored.

The Guest Blogging Outreach Services I'd Shortlist
I read every provider's own website on 15 October 2026, and I've only described what each one says about itself.
I haven't hired the seven third-party providers, and I haven't listed prices, because I won't guess and prices change.
The order reflects how clearly each site explains the five stages above and how much control it gives you, and it isn't a judgement on quality.
- Goldie Agency is my own SEO and link building agency, and its site promises manual outreach with no PBNs, real backlinks on high-authority sites and niche-relevant placements.
- Outreach Monks says it has done manual-only guest posting since 2017, lets you approve every site first and reports placements in a live Google Sheet.
- Rhino Rank says its UK team pitches real site owners by hand, writes a 750+ word article and ends each order with a report of every live URL.
- OutreachZ offers managed guest posts that cover prospecting, editor pitching, original content, placement and transparent reporting.
- Linkbuilder.io says it convinces editors in your industry to accept a well-researched article as part of its managed link building.
- Authority Builders says it does real outreach to real bloggers, and it lets advanced users browse its inventory of sites.
- Loganix says its experts can hand-select placements or you can browse its publisher database, with technical checks and human content review.
- FATJOE runs blogger outreach where the post comes from the blog owner, and it shows every placement in a dashboard.
The Goldie Agency site also lists a Complete Site Audit, and over on Goldstar Links we describe the skyscraper technique and a 3-layer approval process for every backlink.
If you want the wider picture beyond guest posts, my AI backlink building services ranking covers other link types, and the best backlink building service post goes deeper on choosing one provider.

How To Hire Guest Blogging Outreach Services In 7 Steps
This is the exact process I'd follow if I were hiring for my own site tomorrow.
Step 1: Pick three to five target pages
Choose pages that already rank on page two or three for terms that make you money.
Those pages tend to move fastest, because Google already sees them as relevant.
Step 2: Write down what you want to be known for
List the topics you want editors to associate with your brand.
That list becomes the brief for prospecting and for every article idea.
Step 3: Run a small DIY test
Pitch five relevant sites yourself, or let an AI agent draft the pitches while you edit them.
You'll learn more about your niche in one week of real pitching than in a month of reading.
Step 4: Shortlist three providers
Pick three services from the list above that match your niche, your volume and how much control you want.
Step 5: Ask every provider the same questions
Use the question list below and compare the answers side by side.
Step 6: Approve the prospect list before outreach starts
Reject any site with no real readers, no topical link to yours or a homepage full of unrelated sponsored posts.
Step 7: Start small and measure
Begin with a small order and track the target pages for 60 to 90 days before you scale.
Questions To Ask Before You Hire
- Can I see and approve every site before you pitch it?
- Who finds the editor, and whose name goes on the pitch?
- Who writes the article, and do they know my topic?
- Will the link sit in the body copy, and how do you choose the anchor?
- Are any of these placements paid, and if so, how are the links marked?
- How do you report each placement, and how often?
- What happens if a placement is removed?
Red Flags To Walk Away From
- A provider that guarantees rankings is promising something nobody controls.
- A provider that won't show you the sites before or after placement is hiding the most important part of the work.
- A list of sites that publish posts on every topic under the sun suggests the placements exist to sell links.
- Every link using the same keyword-rich anchor matches the exact pattern Google warns about.
- A promise of hundreds of guest posts for a tiny fee usually means the content and the sites are low quality.
My Verdict
Guest blogging still works when the article genuinely helps another site's readers.
Learn the five stages, try the outreach yourself once, and then hire a provider that lets you approve every site and shows you every live link.
Use AI agents for prospecting, checking and first drafts, and keep a person in charge of every email and every relationship.

FAQ: Guest Blogging Outreach Services
What do guest blogging outreach services do?
They find relevant sites, pitch the editors, write the article, get it published with a link to you and report every live placement.
Are guest post links against Google's rules?
Not automatically, because Google says guest articles that inform users are fine.
Large-scale guest posting for links, keyword-rich anchors and paid links that pass ranking credit are what its spam policies call link spam.
Which guest blogging outreach service is best?
I rank my own agency, Goldie Agency, first, and I've told you that's my bias.
My third-party shortlist is Outreach Monks, Rhino Rank, OutreachZ, Linkbuilder.io, Authority Builders, Loganix and FATJOE.
Should I do it myself or hire a service?
Try it yourself first so you know what good looks like, and then hire if you need consistent placements every month.
Can AI agents run guest post outreach?
AI agents can find prospects, check addresses and draft personalised pitches, but a person should still read and send every email.
How long does guest blogging take to affect rankings?
I give any campaign 60 to 90 days before I judge it, and no honest provider can promise a timeline.
