If you're searching for the Julian Goldie Agent OS GitHub repo, here's the straight answer: my Agent OS is not on public GitHub, and it's only available inside the AI Profit Boardroom as an installable download with step-by-step guides.

I get this question in my YouTube comments almost every day.

People see the dashboard in my videos, they want it on their own machine, and the first place they look is GitHub.

That makes sense, because most AI tools I cover do live on GitHub.

Mine doesn't, and I'd rather tell you that clearly than let you waste an afternoon searching.

In this operator walkthrough, I'll show you what the Agent OS actually is, what's inside it, how members download and install it, why you won't find it as a public repo, how to spot fake copies, and which free open-source projects you can install from GitHub today if you want to start for free.

Is The Julian Goldie Agent OS On GitHub?

No, the Julian Goldie Agent OS is not on GitHub as a public repo.

I haven't published it there, and I don't publish its source code anywhere public.

The full Agent OS lives inside the AI Profit Boardroom, my community on Skool, and that's the only official place to download it.

Members get it as a dated zip file, plus the install guides, the video walkthrough and the updates every time I improve the system.

So if a search result or a GitHub page tells you it's "the Julian Goldie Agent OS", it isn't from me.

What I do publish for free is the know-how.

My guide on agentos.guide shows you the exact prompts and the exact order I used to build my own Agent OS, so you can build a version yourself if you prefer.

What Is The Julian Goldie Agent OS?

The Agent OS is my AI agent operating system, which means one dashboard where all my AI agents live, share one memory and keep working while I'm away from the desk.

I built it in mid-2025 when I moved my focus from SEO tactics to AI agents that actually do the SEO for me.

Today it runs a crew of agents, including Claude Code, Hermes, Codex, Gemini, OpenClaw, Kimi and GLM, under one shared memory.

It runs on my own machine rather than in someone else's cloud.

The problem it solves is the tab problem.

Before I built it, I had Claude in one tab, Hermes in a terminal, my notes in another app and my tasks somewhere else.

None of them remembered me, and none of them talked to each other.

I was the glue, re-explaining my business to every AI, every single morning.

The Agent OS replaces that with three pieces that work together.

Piece What it does for you
One dashboard Every agent sits on one screen with a chat panel, a file workspace and a control room.
One shared memory An Obsidian vault that every agent reads before it works and writes to after it finishes.
One task board A Kanban board where you drop task cards and agents pick them up and move them to Done.

That's the whole architecture, and everything else in the system plugs into one of those three pieces.

What's Inside The Agent OS?

Here's what I can show you from my own dashboard and my published guides, room by room.

  • Mission Control shows the live status of every agent, including which ones are online, what they're working on and which model each one is using.
  • Unified chat gives you the same chat box for every agent, so you switch between Claude, Hermes, Codex and the rest with one click.
  • The Hermes desk gives one Hermes agent thirteen rooms, including Chat, Apollo voice, Oracle, Astros, Studio, Sessions, Outreach, Mixture, Workspace, MCPs, Manage, Control Room and Goal Mode.
  • Voice lets you say "hey Hermes" out loud and get a spoken answer that also lands in the chat thread.
  • The workspace catches every HTML app, image, video and audio file your agents build and previews it inline.
  • The memory layer connects your Obsidian vault, so every agent starts warm with your business context instead of starting cold.
  • The Kanban board lets agents pick up cards, work in parallel and write a summary of what they did back into the vault.
  • Free Claude Code runs the same Claude Code tooling through OpenRouter, so routine jobs cost almost nothing.
  • Goal Mode lets you hand a big goal to an agent, walk away and come back to finished work.
  • The Studio handles images, voice and video from one prompt, and the research tab pulls NotebookLM assets straight into the dashboard.
  • Mobile access works through Tailscale, which builds a private network so you can open your whole dashboard from your phone anywhere.

My vault passed 1,200 memories in its first month, and my Hermes desk has saved over 1,000 sessions.

That's the real reason the system gets better every week, because the memory compounds.

How To Get The Agent OS: The Operator Walkthrough

This is exactly what a new member does, from joining to seeing the dashboard for the first time.

Step 1: Join the AI Profit Boardroom

Go to the AI Profit Boardroom on Skool and join.

Check the address bar before you do, because the only official link is skool.com/ai-profit-lab-7462.

Once you're in, the Agent OS section sits in the classroom with the download and the guides.

Step 2: Download the dated Agent OS pack

The Agent OS comes as a zip file with the date in its name, so you can always tell which version you have.

Every pack also carries a VERSION file and a changelog, which lists what's new, what's fixed and what's improved, newest first.

Download it, then unzip it somewhere you'll remember, such as your Documents folder.

Step 3: Read the README and the disclaimer first

The README is the start-here file.

It walks you through the double-click route first, then the "hand it to an AI" route, and it has a plain-English security section.

There's also a disclaimer that explains you run the system at your own risk, with your own keys, your own costs and your own actions.

I'd read both before you click anything, because an agent system can touch your files.

Step 4: Double-click Start Agent OS

On a Mac, the quickest path is a file called Start Agent OS.

You double-click it, it checks that Node.js is installed, it installs everything once, and then it opens the dashboard.

If you don't have Node.js yet, install it from nodejs.org first and run the file again.

Step 5: Or let Claude or Codex do the install

If you'd rather not touch anything, the pack includes a Setup With AI playbook.

You open Claude Code or Codex in the folder and tell it to follow that playbook.

The playbook tells the AI to stop and ask you before anything that needs a paid account or an API key.

That's how I install most things now, and it's how many members get running in one sitting.

Step 6: Run Check My Setup

The pack includes a Check My Setup file, which works like a doctor for your install.

It shows a tick or an empty circle for each feature, and it points you to the right install doc for anything that's missing.

It never prints your keys on screen, which matters if you ever screen-share for help on a coaching call.

Step 7: Connect your memory vault

Next, connect an Obsidian vault, because the memory layer is the piece almost everyone skips.

Without a vault, the memory view stays empty and your voice agent can't remember anything.

There's a dedicated install doc for it, and my post on setting up Claude and Obsidian as a second brain shows the same idea step by step.

Step 8: Add agents one at a time

Don't switch everything on at once.

Start with Claude Code plus one more agent, then add the rest one weekend at a time.

Each optional tab has its own numbered install doc, from Hermes and Free Claude Code to video, music, NotebookLM, leads and a 24/7 AI-news radar.

If Hermes is new to you, my guide on setting up Hermes Agent in one click gets it running before you plug it in.

Step 9: Follow the 30-day roadmap

The pack includes an implementation checklist for your first install and a separate 30-day roadmap for what to set up each day after that.

The order is simple: vault first, agents next, automation last.

How To Update The Agent OS Without Losing Anything

This is one place where the members' pack beats a raw code repo.

On a Mac, a file called Update Agent OS finds the newest pack in your Downloads folder and checks the version number.

It backs up your old code, brings the new code in, rebuilds and restarts the dashboard.

It never touches your config, your keys or your vault, so your memories and settings survive every update.

For Windows and Linux, there's an Update With AI guide that Claude, Codex or Cursor can follow, and it backs up first and asks before anything risky.

Why Isn't The Agent OS A Public GitHub Repo?

The honest answer is simple: it's the members' version.

The Agent OS ships inside the AI Profit Boardroom together with the install docs, the video tutorials, the updates and the coaching calls that help people actually get it running.

That's how I've chosen to share it, and I haven't published the source on GitHub.

What I do share for free is the method, so anyone can build their own version from my guides.

Beware Of Fake "Julian Goldie Agent OS" Repos

When I searched GitHub on 9 October 2026, I found a handful of community repos that mention my name or the Agent OS.

None of them is published by me, and none of them is the members' Agent OS pack.

Some might be people's own notes or experiments, but you can't know what's in an install script until you read it.

Here are the rules I'd follow as an operator.

  • Don't run an install script from a repo that claims to be my Agent OS, because the official version isn't on GitHub.
  • Never paste your API keys into a tool you found through a random repo or a direct message.
  • Only download the Agent OS from the classroom inside skool.com/ai-profit-lab-7462.
  • If someone offers you "the leaked Agent OS", treat it as unsafe, because you have no idea what was added to it.

If you're unsure whether something is official, ask inside the community and we'll tell you.

Free Open-Source Alternatives You Can Install From GitHub

If you want something free from GitHub today, there are three projects I've tested and written about.

None of them is my Agent OS, but each one gives you part of the same idea.

Project GitHub repo What it is Licence
Herald OS iamlukethedev/Herald-OS An agent-native operating system that uses Hermes Agent as its interface. MIT
StarNet androoAGI/starnet A local-first desktop agent harness that looks like a pixel-art space station. MIT
Hermes Agent NousResearch/hermes-agent The open-source agent from Nous Research that powers a big part of my own setup. MIT

Herald OS

Herald OS is an independent project by Luke The Dev, and it isn't affiliated with Nous Research.

It turns Hermes into a full desktop with Spaces, Missions, Memory, Files and Automations, and it's alpha software.

My automations synced across Herald OS, Hermes Desktop and my Agent OS, because the same Hermes runs underneath all three.

My Herald OS install walkthrough has every route with the real commands.

StarNet

StarNet is free, open source and very fun to use, because your agents live on a pixel-art space station and level up the more you use them.

I'll be honest that I don't think it has a massive number of practical use cases yet, but it's the smoothest office-style agent add-on I've tested.

I've even built StarNet into my own Agent OS as a tab.

My StarNet GitHub setup guide shows how to get it running.

Hermes Agent

Hermes Agent is the open-source agent from Nous Research, and it's the long-runner in my system.

You give it a big goal, walk away, and it keeps working until the goal is done.

If you install only one free thing from GitHub this week, I'd make it Hermes.

Tips And Limits Before You Install

The Agent OS is a real tool, so it comes with real trade-offs.

  • Your home internet is the speed limit when you open the dashboard from your phone, so expect a small delay from far away.
  • A power cut at home takes the dashboard offline until the power is back, so some members keep a second copy on a travel laptop.
  • Your Mac needs "prevent automatic sleeping when display is off" switched on, or your agents stop when the screen does.
  • Agents can touch your files, so keep approvals on and keep backups of anything important.
  • Running the system doesn't have to cost a fortune, because everyday work can run on free local models and the heavy jobs use the subscriptions you already pay for.

The rule that makes it work is manual, then assisted, then automated.

Never automate a task you haven't first done by hand with the agent.

Who The Agent OS Is For

The Agent OS is for business owners, agency owners and creators who want AI agents doing real work instead of sitting in twelve tabs.

You don't need to code, because you direct the agents in plain English and they build and run the work.

If you'd rather tinker for free, start with Hermes, Herald OS or StarNet from GitHub and my free guides.

If you want the finished system with support, it's inside the Boardroom.
