I'm Julian Goldie, and "Julian Goldie SEO" is the name most people know me by because it's my YouTube handle and my X handle.
I live and work in Bangkok, Thailand.
I've been doing SEO professionally for over a decade.
I founded Goldie Agency, a 7-figure SEO and link building agency that now has 70+ employees.

My Julian Goldie SEO Story: From One Crypto Site To A 70+ Team
My SEO story didn't start with a plan.
It started with a cryptocurrency website I built while I was travelling around Asia.
I wrote content for that site for months.
It got zero traffic from Google.
The answer was links.
So I taught myself link building.
I applied it to my own affiliate sites, and it worked.
Once I saw the rankings move on my own sites, I realised I could sell the same thing to other people as a service.
That's how Goldie Agency started, and I started it completely solo.
It was just me doing outreach and building links for clients.
Over the years, that one-person service grew into a 7-figure SEO and link building agency with 70+ employees in Bangkok.
Today AI runs roughly 80% of the agency's internal operations, which is a sentence I couldn't have written a few years ago.
I wrote down the link building playbook in my book, Link Building Mastery, which covers nine link building strategies.
I also taught link building on Udemy, where my courses have reached 29K+ students.
What Changed In Mid-2025: SEO Done By AI Agents
In mid-2025 I made the biggest shift of my career.
I stopped focusing on SEO tactics and started focusing on AI agents that do the SEO for you.
The reason was simple.
I was watching AI agents do in minutes what used to take my team a day, and I knew the operators who learned to direct agents would win.
So I built what I call the Agent Operating System, or Agent OS for short.
It's a dashboard that runs a crew of AI agents under one shared memory.
Hermes, Claude, GLM and Kimi are the main agents in the crew, and each one gets the jobs it's best at.
It runs on macOS, on Linux and through the web, so it fits wherever your stack already lives.
The Agent OS is what runs my SEO today, and it's also the thing I teach inside the AI Profit Boardroom.

How I Run Julian Goldie SEO With AI Agents: My Daily Operator Loop
This is the part operators always ask me about.
Here's the actual loop my agents run, step by step, so you can copy the shape of it with whatever tools you use.
Step 1: Pull real search data before writing anything
Every batch starts with Google Search Console data, not guesses.
My keyword agent pulls the queries my sites already show up for and scores them.
In one live run it scored 184 real queries in a single pass.
It flags striking-distance keywords, pages with a low click-through rate and gaps where I have impressions but no page.
You can do a manual version of this by exporting your queries and sorting by impressions where clicks are low.
Step 2: Ground every post in real work
The single biggest rule in my system is that the agent never writes from thin air.
Every post starts from a real source, which is usually the transcript of one of my videos.
My SEO pipeline has worked from 82 real transcripts so far.
The transcript holds the features, the numbers and the caveats I actually said on camera.
That grounding is what makes a page impossible for Google to ignore, because it contains information nobody else has.
Step 3: Write against a written skill file
My agents follow a written skill file, which is a set of instructions the AI follows like a recipe.
The SEO version has 13 numbered steps that every article passes before it goes live.
It covers the title formula, the search intent, the voice, the formatting, the schema, the calls to action and the internal links.
It asks whether every claim is backed up, whether the page contains real information and whether it would actually help someone.
If you're starting out, write your own one-page version of this today, because it's the cheapest quality control you'll ever buy.
Step 4: Match the format to the search intent
A searcher who types a product name wants an explainer.
A searcher who types "best X" wants a ranked list fast.
A searcher who types "X vs Y" wants a verdict first.
My agents classify the keyword before they write a word, and they rewrite anything that drifts off intent.
Step 5: Publish additively across the network
My agents publish to several sites at once, and each site gets its own unique version of the post.
They only ever add new pages.
They never delete a live page, change the URL of a ranking page or overwrite an old post, because every live URL is an asset with age and links behind it.
Step 6: Index fast, then measure
Every new URL gets submitted for indexing as soon as it's live.
Then the loop closes back in Search Console, where the next batch of keywords comes from.
Over time the system gets better at picking keywords, because it learns which pages earned clicks.

I've never even logged into that site, because my agent operating system documents what we test and publishes it for me.
On the agency side, Goldie Agency publishes its own client case studies on goldie.agency.
One of them shows a legal services client growing from 263 to 3,157 monthly visitors between June and December 2025, with top-three rankings rising from 19 to 108 through link building.
The community side has its own proof, because the AI Profit Boardroom has 258 documented member wins across 38 countries.
It was also named the number one AI community by FatRank after testing 27 communities, and by Autoblogging.ai and a Hermes Agent panel.
None of these numbers are guarantees for your site.
They're simply what the system has produced for me so far.

How To Copy The Julian Goldie SEO Approach This Week
You don't need my whole stack to start.
Here's what I'd do if I were starting again tomorrow.
- Export your Search Console queries and find five keywords where you already get impressions but almost no clicks.
- Record yourself doing real work on each topic, even if it's just a screen recording with your voice.
- Write a one-page skill file with your rules for titles, intent, voice and schema.
- Give one AI agent the transcript and the skill file, and ask for one post that answers the keyword in the first line.
- Read the post yourself, cut anything that isn't backed by your real work, and publish it.
- Submit the URL for indexing and check Search Console a week later.
That's the whole loop in miniature.
Once one post works, you add more agents and more sites, and that's when it starts to compound.
