My Background: From A Crypto Site With Zero Traffic To Goldie Agency
My story doesn't start with a big launch.
It starts with a cryptocurrency website that nobody visited.
I was travelling around Asia, and I spent months publishing content on that site.
Google sent me zero traffic for all of it.
That was the moment I realised that writing content on its own wasn't enough.
So I went and learned link building properly.
I tested it on my own affiliate sites first, and it worked.
Once I saw rankings and traffic move on my own projects, I realised I could sell the same work as a service.
That's how Goldie Agency started, and I started it completely solo.
Over the years it grew into a 7-figure SEO and link-building agency with 70+ employees, based in Bangkok.
I'm telling you this because it shapes how I think about AI agents today.
I learned SEO by doing the boring work by hand, and that's exactly the work I now hand to agents.

How My AI Agent Stack Works (The Agent OS)
This is the part operators always ask about, so I'll go deeper here than anywhere else on this page.
In mid-2025, I changed my focus from SEO tactics to AI agents that do the SEO for you.
The problem I kept hitting was simple.
I had brilliant AI tools spread across a dozen tabs, and none of them remembered me or talked to each other.
I was the glue between every app, and I was re-explaining my business to every AI every morning.
So I built the Agent Operating System, which I just call the Agent OS.
It's one dashboard where a crew of AI agents lives, shares one memory and picks up work from one task board.
It runs on macOS, Linux and through the web, so it goes wherever your stack lives.

I don't use one model for everything, because every model has a job it's best at.

The exact line-up changes as new models come out, because I test new releases constantly.
The shared memory
Every agent in the Agent OS reads from and writes to the same memory.
In my setup, that memory is an Obsidian vault, and every exchange saves itself there.
That means I explain my business once, and every agent can use that context afterwards.
The task board
Bigger jobs don't go into a chat box.
I drop them on a kanban board as tickets, and an agent worker picks the ticket up and drives the job while I do something else.
That's the difference between chatting with AI and operating with AI.
The doors into one agent
Hermes isn't just a chat tab in my Agent OS.
It sits behind lots of different rooms, including chat, voice, tickets, outreach and memory, and it's the same agent with the same memory in every room.

How To Set Up A Starter Version Of My Agent Stack
You don't need my whole setup on day one.
Here's the order I'd give an operator who wants to copy the core of it this week.
- Pick one agent to be your main worker, and I'd suggest Hermes because it can run long jobs and use tools.
- Pick one place for shared memory, such as a free Obsidian vault, and write a short note that explains your business.
- Connect your agent to that memory so it reads your notes before it starts work.
- Pick one repetitive job, such as a weekly SEO report or an inbox triage, and turn it into a written ticket.
- Hand the ticket to the agent, check the first few outputs closely and fix the instructions where it goes wrong.
- Only add a second agent once the first one runs a job reliably without you.
That's how I built mine, one job at a time.

How I Use The Stack Day To Day
Here's what a normal day looks like with the stack running.
When a new frontier AI model drops, I wire it into the Agent OS first so it can be dispatched from the same board my agent crew uses.
Then I run my fixed set of prompts through it, one shot each, with no hints and no second tries.
I score each result from 0 to 10, and that score goes onto GoldieBench, my public model leaderboard.
On the SEO side, my agents help research keywords, draft pages from my real experience, add schema and publish across my sites.
On the agency side, AI handles about 80% of internal operations at Goldie Agency.
The point of all of this is leverage.
One person with a well-run agent crew can do the work that used to need a team.
I still check what goes out, and I still make the strategy calls myself.
